Originally founded in 2000 as The PC MD in Bakersfield California, we earned an unmatched reputation with our customers and held an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Our customers had trust in our services, our opinions and suggestions. They appreciated being explained problems and solutions in a way they understood. Instead of saying "this is how you fix it", we gave different solutions to their problem, explained the pros and cons of each solution then explained why we thought one solution was better over the others. They had options and they had the information to make an informed decision. THIS is what makes us stand out.
In 2012 we made the decision to relocate the business back to our home state of Idaho and yes, our customers were very upset they were losing us and felt lost of where to turn. Knowing this would likely happen, our company spent time researching other companies in the area, calling them with customer type questions and issues to find the best replacement for our customers we could. Once one was found, we contacted every customer and gave them the new contact information. I don't know too many companies that invest time like that to make sure their customers are taken care of. When we say we care about our customers. WE MEAN IT!
